Canaan Boy Scout Troop 402 has another Scout aspiring to the rank of Eagle Scout. Christopher Gillespie's project is "African Education Connection." He would like to provide school supplies for Anabatic Primary School in Eldoret, Kenya. He is asking for donations of books, crayons, paper, markers, math, and reading materials. A drop-off box is located at Canaan for donations.
The Health Ministry's First Place 4 Health Christ-centered weight-loss and healthy living program is each Saturday from 9-11 A.M.
